Sig 556: forward weight heavy?

anyone else think the Sig 556 is forward weight heavy? Does switching out the handguards to the classic 551 cut down on the weight?

Does switching out the handguards to the classic 551 cut down on the weight?

It makes all the difference in the world. The first thing I did when I bought my 556 was to replace the handguards with the 551 ones and upon doing so the looks, ergonomics and weight improved drastically.
