Hi,

Looking for any information on training at Sigarms in Exeter, NH. Thinking of taking the 2 day advanced Handgun course. It is local to me (I'm in Boston)
does anyone have any input or past experience with theis course or academy?

Thanks,

Michael

welcome to thr.

question, do you have any past training experience? I see that you want to take the advanced class, if you have not trained before at a class i suggest that you take their entry level class. it will benefit you, as well they may require that you take a entry level class prior to an advanced class as a prerequisite. many schools do this.

anyway if you do take a class, any class i know i would and many others on here would love to hear a review/aar. I like to write aar's after classes that i take, it helps me as well as other people. either they read it and sign up for a class, or they save there money and go some where else.

I took a basic handgun class there a number of years ago. Though I'd been both a city cop and commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, I'd never received what I woud rate as enough quality training with a handgun. I signed up for the SiG class and found it a worthwhile experience...

A lot depends on who is teaching it. The Sig name don't mean that the instructor will be of the same quality as a Sig pistol. orchidhunter

no matter what course i have gine too, there has always been at least a few things that i can take away from it. something that i didn't know before, or even think about no matter how basic the class was in nature.
