I bought some Sig brass for my 223 rifles I have an AR (5.56/.223) and a bolt-action 223. Stuff was just too cheap to pass up at around $20 for 100. In my amateur opinion it seem to be decent brass I'd probably compare it to Hornady after using some over the weekend and some more today. Out of 10 pcs the weight was within 1.0 and the length was 1.754-1.757 most were 1.755 tho. Only red flag I noticed was the shoulder was about 0.02 higher than what I normally see with .223, BUT I loaded a bunch with out sizing of any kind and they chambered and fired fine. Plus the annealing looks like it was done very well to allow more reloads per casing. If anyone has any questions or wants me to weigh averages or anything I still have 50 that are fresh. Wpuld also like to hear from other folks about their experience w/these, good or bad.

P.S. I'm not gonna weigh or measure all fifty so forget it lol

Josh, I have bought 100 of the 223 for my AR 556/223 also and have loaded 50 up but have not been to range yet. They do look like good brass and weigh really close. Also bought 100 .243 brass also.

I have asked a couple of other forums about them but nobody seemed to know anything about them. Glad someone else has bought and used them. I just need to get to range to try them out. the .223 brass had oxidation where they had been annealed but after throwing in my tumbler all cleaned up and looked good. I thought about loading with out sizing but went ahead and sized anyway.
