Sig p220 codes?

I have a sig p220 compact sao. And the code on the box says c3. Does anybody know that means? All i could find on google was for 1911's. And it meant commander. I planning on selling it. But cant find a value for it.

Well, the "C" stands for "compact". I'm not certain that the "3" has ever had any particular significance. It's possible that the "C3" is merely their designation of a 4.25" barrel (Commander length) on an Officer frame.

I don't know what it means, other then it is the model number for that variation of the P220.
