Just acquired a sig p220 stainless elite from my B-i-L. He feels it is one of the best 45 autos made. Just looking for other opinions.

The only SIG worthy of title Elite is the 9x19 P210. The German made ones are very affordable at $2200 because you will not waste money buying several lesser pistols.

I personally prefer the 220ST, but that is only because I don't like the beavertail or the SRT

Yeah but the smile on ones face when they handle and shoot their SIGs is priceless.
