Meh adjustables aren't the best way to go on Sigs (or any gun IMO).
I've run Siglite Rear with TFO Front (stock that came with my P226R SCT), Trijicon yellow rear green front (what I put on my SCT after I pulled that ****ty combination off), Warren Rear, and Dawson Fiber Optics front (what came on my GGI 226R ST), stock contrast (what has come on a couple of my Sigs), and XS Big Dots (what I put on my 228R).
For Competition usage I prefer Warren Tactical rear with Dawson front.
For Carry usage I prefer XS Big Dots.
If I simply must use a 3 dot night sight set, I prefer Trijicon yellow rear, green front. I prefer Trijicons over others because it's white ring around the sights is pretty low profile (compared to others), and with the yellow rear vials they are dimmer then green rears, so your eye is drawn to the front sight more.
Anyways a picture is worth a 1,000 words they say, well here is two thousand. Yes neither is a perfect sight picture, you try getting everything to line up correctly while holding the SLR in one hand, and the camera in another.
Trijicons on my 226R SCT:
They are a little beat up because they've been through a lot of rough handling in classes.
