Saw one at a gun shop friday, but can't find hide nor hair of it on the internet. Nothing on the SIGArms site, nothing here, nothing at sigforum.com.

How did they sneak this past everyone? :eek:

Anyway, anyone else seen one?
 
The 229R has been mentioned several times on Sig Forum, pics too IIRC. A couple people over there have one. There is also at least one, maybe more, people that have a 220R. They are supposed to be only available to LEO right now, but some are slipping through to civilian purchase.
 
The problem with the R model is that its pretty much impossible to find holsters for them. If this wasn't the case, I'd prefer the R model.
