Buy the upLULU and be done with it.
You don't need the 1911 adaptor necessarily.
Besides, you only have to pay once and smile every time you use it again.
They are that good!

I should have said, if you do need the adaptor, you can add it later for $17 bucks.

The single stack Uplula's are molded to prevent inserting a 9mm mag. .380 is the max.
Unless you file and dremel one out, to fit, which thins the walls significantly, all for the challenge of doing it. I have one on my work bench waiting to finish, and it's becoming more work than it's worth. It's difficult to scrape out the polymer inside the well precisely, and it won't do anything better.
Uplula could offer a single stack loader for the CCW user, but in all honesty it would only siphon sales off their double stack loader. A lot of expense for no gain, same as modifying one.

I use the standard uplula. The 7 rounder is easier than the 6. But it works on both.
