Hello guys,
(if this question posts twice, please forgive me as my computer logged out the first time)
This evening after work I went to the range. One of the pistols I took along was a Sig 2340. I purchased this gun as a LEO trade.
Cons: Kind of ugly, blocky looking, and a little bit top heavy. (And) for Sig purists, it is a poly frame.
Pros: Very robust. Feeds and fires every sort of ammo I can find. Never a ftf or fte. Absolute ++ DA/SA trigger. Even with my old tired eyes, it shoots pretty tight groups.
My question is...Does anyone know what police departments still issue or carry the 2340. It was designed to be a .40/.357sig police service pistol. I have tried researching on the net for this info, but can find very little.
Thank you much for your replies,
Gunner
