It depends. What are you going to be using the gun for?
For carry, I'd suggest XS Big Dot sights. I personally really like the "over/under" style sights for fast target acquisition, and they glow in the friggin' dark to boot.
Considering that it's a G34, I'm guessing you might be shooting targets. In which case, I'd suggest a black adjustable target rear and a fiber optic front.
For both, there are plenty of options inbetween.
