Very little service is necessary on a modern can using baffles. Over time, you might notice a decrease in sound suppression, but we're looking at a five-digit round count. The first digit is not a 1, nor a 2, and likely not a 3.
The issue with a suppressor that can be dissassembled is that, typically, if you don't take it apart and clean it, you will not be able to. Anti-Sieze on the threads is a must.
.22lr cans tend to gunk up a little faster, but my local SOT has several that are closing in on 10,000 rounds--no increase, whatsoever. One of the owners actually claims that his can is quieter now.
