Gentlemen:
I'm changing my New 625 4" 45 ACP grip to a Siles N frame grips. The N frame Siles fit me perfectly with my IDPA revolver (Model 624 with square butt) in the Siles configuration. The problem is that the Siles is a square butt grip and my 625 is a round butt. As an experiment, I tried and older S&W square butt grip on the round butt 625, and to my surprise, they fit except for the gap in the the lower part of the back strap. That gap does not seem to to be problem in my gripping other than minor cosmetic look. The Siles grip I'm buying is of similar design to the S&W N frame grip experiment. I can live with this gap for now. Is there any easy or clever way to fill that lower gap on the N-frame round butt grip??
