Hi I'd like to know if anyone here would be able to help me out. I'd like to get a single action Uberti (or similar) replica revolver. Can anyone here helpe me with what laws I need to look into to
In Virginia?
If youre over 21, find a dealer, buy it.
Bring it home. Shoot it, etc.
Heck, you could even openly carry it on your hip on the way home no permit needed!
If you're under 21, do as above, but a dealer cant sell a handgun to you if youre under 21.
So youll need to find a private sale of one. Check the forums here and around the intertubes. Armslist.com is available as well.
If we are talking about a cap and ball revolver, there is no Federal age limit. I'll bet there isn't an age limit in Virginia law, either, for a cap and ball revolver.

Correct, however, the OP did not specifiy if he was talking about 45 Colt and 357 revolvers that Uberti makes, or if he was talking about the 15+ different cap and ball models that Uberti also makes.
So, without knowing if he was talking about cap and ball or cartridge firearms, we can't provide accurate informaion.

Whoops, I just visited their homepage to see what they made and there was a big splash for a 45 or 357 revolver, so I thought they only made firearms, not antiques/replicas also.
My bad
