Six Dollar Pistol Rack

I needed a way to put my cased handguns in a 14 gun Sentry gun cabinet. Hanging shoe rack did the trick. Cut off the top hanger part and put a bolt though the door with washer to secure the top of the rack and some duct tape to secure the bottom. Shoe rack holds 14 "shoes" but using one side of the rack keeps things flat and medium pistol cases fit great.

You can do a very similar trick with wire dish dryers. Merely bend them to hold various handguns and cut to fit on the shelves of the safe. Not what I did, just another tool in the tool box.
