I've been using One-Shot exclusively ever since I started reloading, and have never stuck a case or torn a rim off. I think a lot of the people who have trouble with One-Shot are not reading the directions - you need to let it dry for four or five minutes after you spray your cases.
My method is to take my clean .223 cases and dump about a hundred into a plastic salad colander. Spray liberally with One-Shot, shake around, spray again, and the colander aside while loading primer tubes/checking my charge weight/putting more brass in the tumbler. After five minutes or so, dump the lubed cases into the hopper and go to town.
