I'm glad someone said something because it gave me a headache.
Since i have nothing to add with the exception tossing my vote in ( because that's all it is to some and i would not want to not be PC), i agree with the .001-.002" shoulder bump.
Imho neck sizing only does not support or align the case in the process like FL sizing.
