second, except for the Chinese para - D models that were made to take the AK mag, most after market mags have reliability issues, not to mention are ugly, buy the stripper clips and learn to load it that way, really is about just as fast.

Strippers are probably faster then the 30 round duckbill mags.
It takes all that time to load them, then it takes three hands to change them in the gun when they run dry.
I'd bet money I could lay down more rounds in 5 or 10 minutes using the stock 10 round mag & stripper clips.

well not completely true, if you do the ramp mod on the bolt, you can change mags
with one hand AK style, especially if you use the tapco 20's.
i had my sks bolt modded by one of the moderators on the sks forum site
and boy its the cats pajamas..rifle locks back empty, rock in a new mag and your
off to the races.
