Slingshots: simple speed tuning

Many aspects of the slingshot sport have changed in the last years:
slingshot designs, materials, band materials, possibilities regarding accuracy, power and...projectile speeds!
Today it is quite easy to build yourself slingshot bands that shoot far more than 400 fps. To increase the speed is one of my goals in this sport.

Here is the instruction for 4 different high speed bands for 4 different ammo sizes: from 7mm to 10mm steel balls.
