slug barrel for 870 super magnum?

I currently have a remington 870 express super magnum. I have been looking to add a rifled barrel for slugs. Will a standard 870 express rifled barrel work in the 3.5in reciever of my super mag? Most of the rifled barrels have a 3in chamber. If it helps, I am looking at the Remington 12ga rifled barrel with scope mount at Cabelas.

Yes. You'll be limnited to slugs of 3" or less, but that's a very tiny problem.

I dont think I would want to shoot any slugs bigger that 3in! I cant imagine how bad a 3.5in would hurt!
