small arms= high power

you all know this allredy but I hate it when you are dealing with 5.56 or 7.62x39 the military deems it small arms. put the media has a magic way of increasing the power, and it becomes " hi-power" for once I wish they would call it as it is. :cuss:
 
soo, the NRA should rename there High Power Rifle Competition to small arms rifle competition?

the military also considers the .50 cal as "Small Arms"

The best thing; "we the shooting public" can do for the "Media" is to stop financially supporting them!

I mean: No NEWSpapers, no TV, etc.

Why read, hear or see that trash anyway? And then pay for it!
 
I was reading the paper this morning and there was an article about the "Santa Claus killer" telling more details of the guys plans. There was a description of the ammo found at his house which described it as "high power" not for sale in that state, and that he ordered it from out of state.

Are there varying levels of handgun ammo and some not allowed in CA?

I Agree! I've been non-financing my entire adult life.
Why gripe what/how the newspaper or TV reported when you gave them the money to do so?
