Smith and Wesson model 19 variation help

Hey all,

I was looking for some information on the Smith and Wesson model 19 variations.

I know that the Dash -2 through the Dash -4 had the pinned and recessed barrels as well as non MIM parts.

But I didnt know if all of the model 19-5's and onwards had these features.

What model dash and dates did they stop the pinned and recessed barrels and started using MIM parts?

Thanks for any help on this. I have been looking for a model 66 but I think I might just go for the model 19 instead. They seem to be more availble, a little lower cost, and I like blue.

19-5 was the first without the P&R features. I am not sure about the MIM parts.

I carry a 19-5 all winter long.
