Smith Model 10

I just picked up my first model 10-6 today! Bull barrel and has S.C.H.D. stamped on the frame under the cylinder on the left side. Must of lived its early life as a South Carolina Highway Department gun. Can some one run the serial number for me? I would like to know it's born on date!
