Smith Wesson Sigma....What Generation is it?

I recently bought a SLIGHTLY used Sigma SW9VE.
As of now, I've never shot it. But reading some reviews.
I hope it is a Gen.3 As the older ones would break, and jam ALOT.

The shell cases that came with it read 11-07.
And The receipt in the box say sold 12-07.
Any one have any idea on the what Gen it is buy the date?

i don't know much about sigmas but i think ve is a current model

According to what I've just read in SCSW 3rd Ed. there are 3 generations of Sigmas as well.

1st SW 9C/9F/9V/9VB/40C/40F/40V/357V - 1994 to 1998
2nd SW 9E/40E - 1998 to 2000
3rd SW 9VE/9G/9GVE/9P/40VE/40G/40GVE - 2000 to date
