Snap caps?

I'd be grateful for some advice on which type are best; aluminium or polymer.

Specifically I'm looking at either A Zoom or Tipton.

Is there any danger of damaging the chamber, throat or bore with aluminium snap caps?

Do polymer caps give the same protection to the firing pin, or do they wear out too quickly?

Your expertise is always appreciated.

Same same. Get whatever is cheapest, I say. I have aluminum, brass, plastic. No diff in my opinion.

If you're using .45acp snap caps in moon clips...buy aluminum. The others won't fit.

I like the spring loaded aluminum ones.
