I shot Bill's Remington 700PSS and AR10T today. Shooting one-hole groups at 50m and one inchers at 100m was easy...so long as I shot off a bipod. Both guns were too front-heavy for me to fire without fatigue.
Conclusions: good triggers, good ammo matter. Good scopes matter even more. The shooter in all cases was the same (Oleg) and couldn't do even fractionally as well with an iron-sighted AR15. I think that a 16" HBAR in .223 with a 3.5x ACOG is in the future, because optics not only made it easier to hit a target, they made it possible to know if the target was a shoot/no-snoot.
