Snapshots of my XDs

I bought my first XDs last month, and picked them up early this month. I shot both for the first time on Tuesday evening. Both shot extraordinarily well.

Anyway, I took photos of them this evening. These are my first firearm photos of 2007. Enjoy!

Can you go ahead and tell me something... is the compact small enough to conceal compared to the sub compact? Because you are lucky enough to own both.

Great pics! You must have an awesome camera. I've wanted an XD 9mm Compact for some time now. However when I've handled them at gun shows they've seemed "top heavy" to me (polymer frame). I can only assume that evens out when you have a loaded mag. What has been your experience?

I am in California, meaning that both came with flush-fitting 10-round magazines.

Ah.....finally you post pictures of a gun I am immune to. Usually, your photos make me want to go out and buy the gun in question.

Some day Dr. Lunde, you should offer some photo's of your camera equipment used to capture the photograph's of your pistola's or maybe a class or two on the tactical use of Adobe's software along with quality digital camera equipment.
