So I got my daughter a new car....

So we get my youngest daughter (now out of college and on her own...almost) a Ford Focus, time to get rid of her 1998 Mustang. But I think to myself, self, the cars not worth much anyway, why not use it at the base to build me a little hot rod on the cheap?

This seemingly excellent idea sent me on a google quest researching parts, normal stuff like coil over suspensions and superchargers. When out of nowhere my spouse appears to see what I'm googling.

When I explained the entire idea to her it was no longer a deemingly excellent idea. Her response was " Just sell the stupid car and go buy a new gun or something. We don't need three cars".

So, no hot rod, but looks like there is a new (expensive) gun in Browningguys immediate future.

Got to go now, lots of shopping to do this week.

Nice thought Dgreno, but I don't think a '98 Mustang will stretch to a Barret.

However, I'm thinking a Savage F-TR with nice glass on it might fit, or a CZ Safari in .375 H&H, or maybe even a FN PS90 for a truck gun. It's hard to decide when you like them all.
