That adjustable stock makes that an assault weapon under the "one feature" part of Feinstein's proposal!
 
I think it has more then one evil feature hacker it has a threaded muzzle for an evil silencer lol
 
I have said for years that my pistol caliber lever actions are the 19th century AR. Have enough levers around and boys/wife to reload them and you've got quite the defense around the house!

I've seen one in person. I was not impressed. Don't get me wrong, lever action rifles are fantastic, and can be great defensive weapons. This one isn't, here is why:

1) Its a .30-30, fine for deer or other game getting, but not a good home defense round
2) The quality of the "M4" stock is horrible, cheap feeling (probably) Chinese plastic
3) The rails are the same quality as the stock
4) The place it makes the most sense to have a rail, the top-for optics, there is no rail
5) The action is rough and the trigger sucks

Now, if it was chambered in .357 Magnum, with a top rail, a solid stock, and a slick lever and trigger, it would be something.
 
Ill take a commie SKS anytime of the day. A 10 rd stripper is easier to load with enough practice. And the bayonet will make it even a handy close quarter combat weapon.
 
Instead of wasting time figuring out how to conform to a ridiculous ban, it would be a lot better if you'd actually spent that time contacting your elected representatives voicing your opposition to the institution of any new gun control laws.


All around, [bleep]'s getting real, and you guys are more interested in ignoring the task at hand in order to play games.
