I got a Glock 20 Gen 4 with 3 10 round Magazines from grabagun (no issues with them at all, hell they shipped SAME DAY). Now I've seen old threads about this and generally the suggestion is that the distributor is trying to screw you over and that Glock unless legally required doesn't sub locap mags for hicap ones. Now the difference is that it was listed when I got the item and it's on the barcode along with the serial number on the Glock box (and it's not a grabagun barcode). I was told at another store (when looking at a used Glock 21 SF gen 3 that only came with 3 10 rounders) that Glock is shifting hicap mags to LEO buyers, not for political reasons, just for manufacturing reasons. I'm wondering has anyone else got a new Glock recently on gotten low cap mags with it? I mean personally I'm fine with it, since I already got a new 15 rounder on the way...and I need to get some 10mm ammo first! Heck, I suspect I'll be shooting 22lr out of it before I shoot any 10mm out of it.

Call Glock with the serial number and they can probably tell you in a couple of minutes what it was supposed to come with. If it shipped with hi caps and they got switched Glock will want to know as they've issued a bulletin to all distributors/dealers warning against just this practice.

It is VERY UNLIKELY that the distributor is trying to "screw over" anyone and I've never heard of any distributor who would do so. DEALERS...yes, distributors never.

"White label" Glocks most likely were the ONLY new Glock available from the distributor.

The box should have a white sticker showing the model number and both number and quantity of magazines included. If the label is blue or red AND you got ten round magazines.....someone other than Glock inc swapped out your mags.

If grabagun was not clear on the number and type of magazine included they should make this right.

White (Commercial) Label= ten round and subcompacts two magazines
Red(Commercial) Label= two standard capacity magazines (Gen4 has three)
Blue (LawEnforcement) Label= three standard capacity magazines

Just for the record grabagun clearly labeled it as 3 ten rounders and was really helpful with a CS issue.

The box has a white sticker on it and is just like you described. This was more me wondering about how inventory moved around and was distributed. I'm not complaining, I still got a hell of a deal.
