Nope...thats what I love about em.
There is something to be said for a round that will penetrate a live 3 foot thick tree...and keep on going. (especially a round that was designed well over 100 years ago)

Yes sir, and something to be said for a little ole 300gr. HP, that penetrates about 3/8" of steel too (I drive em fast...about 2500fps).
I would try heavier ones, but Midway seems to be eternally out of cheap 405s.

Funny you mention 3/6" steel...all the folks at the steel shop look at me funny when I ask fer 3/6" plate...don't rightly know why.
