"Solo" Goat hunt in the high Rockies!

We make it to the 4 corners area most every year, & we stay in Hesparus @ the Blue Lake Ranch, staring at the La Plata's. I emphasize the stairing part, because we never actually leave civilization. Oh we hike the ranch, walk along the La Plata river, and drive the many scary 4X4 only roads in the La Plata's and San Juan's up to the first 10' drift, but we do not climb, hike or hunt in the true high-country. I only dream about doing what you do. Awesome story, beautiful country, and like others have said, I could feel the mountain air.

At 45 & 50 lbs overweight, I am a vicariuos partaker of your incredible story. well done.
