Solo's got a problem?

LGS told me that Kimber SOLO's have been recalled! Anybody heard anything. They had 3 boxed up to be returned right now.

Thanx for the links Sam. The issues mentioned in them were those the LGS mentioned as well. Rushed production to beat the LC9 to market was another.

Just think, Kimber started out as an importer of Daewoo pistols..Look at them now.... The point of "rushing to production" is a good one....

I have a Solo that has been at Kimber CS for a month....I asked if they had ceased production and was told absolutely not. Going to give them another week and then ask for my money back. I loved the gun...it fired well....sent it back to replace the mag catch that was hard to press.

Now your +1 on excuses for a Springy 9mm 1911, or a Dw Guardian 9mm. (I want to like the tiny little STI 9mm but those are all going back for warranty work as well)
