Some high caps for my P99 (pics)

well i already had 2 preban high caps for my 9mm P99, but due to my recent involvement with my local sherriff dept as a reserve, i was in need of additional mags, so i ordered 3 LEO high caps from earls.
i received them today and to my surprise they where IDENTICAL to the prebans.......NO MARKINGS at all...pretty interesting.......

oops, seems i wasnt that observant.
they are in fact marked, but are roll stamp marked, or engraved........on the front of the mag. not the back as pictured on earls site.

i think the above pic should be posted on the p99 FAQ site, so show the variation in the LEO mags

Yes, DEFINATELY interesting...thanks for the post and info.

But this does not suprise me in the least.

I've long suspected that more than half of the "PREBAN HIGH CAPACITY" (normal capacity mags) are more recently manufactered than 94'.
