I just got some bullets from a friend. They are . 45 ACP Federal hydrashoks 165gr. There are several things that gets me though. I dont know if there rust but on one the head of the bullet there is a ring that goes around it and another bullet (also on the head) is slighty different in shape from the other bullets. Not fully round. Some other bullets have spotting on the head. And also on the rim of the bullet there is the marks you get when you cock it multiple times. Is it safe to use these bullets? I dont want to get a kaboom or any damage to the firearm but they are some high quality ammo. Federals dont come cheap. Forgot to also mention they were locked in a ziplock bag for a couple of months. If that is any problem?
(THE BULLET ON THE LEFT IS THE BENT ONE. YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE IF YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BULLET. THE ONE ON THE RIGHT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. YOU GOTTA LOOK AT IT CAREFULLY).
