They are also imported to the US by different firms. RIAs come through Advanced Tactical in Pahrump, NV. I don't know who imports HS.

I believe they're made at the same plant, same gun. The RI's have that (for me) unsitely logo on the slide. I have one of the High Standards, it's been great. For some reason the HS's seem to be cheaper, I bought mine on Gun Broker for $350. I've switched some parts (trigger, hammer, ms housing) with GI issue with out problem.
