well I did it again, I just could not help myself. It was too cheap and just sitting there. The "buy it now" button beckoned to me suggestively. Damn black powder revolvers anyway! Oh well, come monday I will send out a money order for a Navy arms Pietta 1858 Remington target model. I know, it is a disease...:banghead:

Addiction isn't a disease, cancer is a disease. Besides, you asked for it when you bought your first BP gun. I did as well. I didn't think that a little Remington Rider derringer could possibly get someone hopelessly addicted to blackpowder. A year ago i would have thought to myself "why on earth would anyone order 1000 percussion caps, that sounds ridiculous" well today I did that.

Now I'm unable to stop shooting blackpowder. You guys all warned me and I was like "Hehe, no way someone could get hooked on gunpowder" haha! I hope you enjoy your new Remmy!

I keep wondering if blackpowder shooting is more addictive than tobacco, wouldn't surprise me if it was. Of course I have and addictive personalty, I couldn't stop shooting blackpowder even if I had to. Now I'm piling as many guns together as I can, I need more!!

Well, for me it's a hobby. I'll admit to having binged while getting started, but now I'm trimming a bit. Lucked into an unfired ROA last week, so my 8-inch Remmy, unfired, is now listed in the Handgun Trading Post. I'll happily help you feed your addiction.
