Comment: michael moores documentary, "bowling for columbine" is a tragically brilliant film about america's obsession with firearms. i could not be any happier to live in australia. having lived in new york for 6 months i never did feel safe. after seeing this film i have little incentive to go back. good old charlton heston gets his own. as the head of the nra he shows little or no remorse for those killed in massacres such as the columbine tragedy. he even shows up a few days after to host a pro gun rally. whats scary about americans is that they see no problem with having all these guns and these killings that go on because, it is their constitutional right. a chilling but brilliant film by a man who has had the guts to confront an issue in his own country that killed 11,157 people in one year. every person in australia should see this movie, in order to appreciate how good we have it. well done michael moore.
