Source for belly band material?

I'm looking for an online source of elastic belly band material, pretty much has to be 6" in width, and sturdy. None of the available belly band type rigs offer what I need, so I'll have to make my own (if I can get my sewing machine running :banghead: )

Large sheets of Velcro would also be helpful. :)
