Source for Freedom Arms Grips

I have an early 90's vintage Freedom Arms field grade 44 Magnum. It still looks really nice except for the cheesy looking Pachmayr rubber grips that came with it new.
I know I can send the gun back to the factory and have a set of wooden grips made to fit for it, but I'll try and whittle a set out of a 2x4 before I will do that.
Any where else I can buy a set of wooden grips to fit a Freedom Arms model 83?
