I want to make some target loads for my Super Redhawk 454 with full wadcutters.

I found that Penn Bullets produces .452 cal full wadcutters and their famous Thunderheads. I also found that NEI Handtools makes a mold for them in .454 cal.

I'm a cheepscate and trying to avoid paying the very reasonable $24 per 500 from Penn for their 225 gr .452 WC. Are there any other companies that sell the Penn bullets for less? Are there any other sources for a full wad cutter in .452 cal?

YEP, THERE IS A MUCH CHEAPER SOURCE, THE SAECO

#455 bullet mould. It works like a champ too being one of the easiest to cast big bore cast bullets you can make all by your little ol' lonesome.

I'm not sure about that particular mold number but Midway USA sells a good assortment of Saeco molds at fair prices.
