"SPARTAN" Movie

Greetings,
I have just seen the movie "Spartan" with Val Kilmer. There is a part where a fellow agent is asking him where he got the knife, and there is another part where he uses it to dispatch someone. It seems to be a folding knife with a spearpoint blade and artificial scales. Does anyone know what type of knife this is. It seems to be a good self defense weapon in the movie, but then again it is a movie. Any information will be appreciated.Thanks!-

Thanks for all the information. The knives you are showing are beautiful! I think the "Spartan" knife is a little to pricey for me right now I wish that I had the funds to buy one, but it seems like the ones that you guys are showing me are just as good if not better.
