Marbut informs us that ATK is trying to get all the ammo demilled from the military, effectively doing an end around of the Cease order from last year. The order to cease last year, prevented the spent ammo from the military from being destroyed. Marbut says ATK, the contractor for Lake City Ammo, is still trying to get the ammo for Scrap.

The second ATK Overview of Brass Solicitation, .pdf doesn't have any dates so I don't know about timeline relevancy. (However, they do list the military installations that their portable used ammo destroyers are on, so that might be worth looking into.)
If this proves to be worth looking into, maybe move to Activism. Reloaders may need to gin up again.
