I am merried 18 years and the wife is fairly neutral. She says she'll go for a ccw though so I guess she is moving towards pro. Her father, God rest him, was a gunsmith and an avid shooter. My wife is a great gal and pretty much leaves me be when it comes to shooting. :)

My wife is becoming more of a regular shooter all the time, but she still has days when she says "I just don't feel like going to the range".

I wonder what that feels like.

I wonder too. It must be a terrible feeling.

Married 11 years.

Wife neutral leaning anti.

Complains when I say I am planning to go to a match but totally expects me to go to the range atleast 2 times a week and surpised if I don't.

I've been married 39 years and my spouse is pro gun. She has her Texas CHL and is a member of the NRA and charter member of the Second Amemndment Sisters.
She and I will be at the big Wannamacher Gun show in Tulsa OK. next weekend.

Another happily divorced.

Current gf of 11 years is more or less pro leaning neutral. She grew up in a Yukon River village living a subsistence hunting and fishing lifestyle, and understands the necessity of having guns, but doesn't want anything to do with the RKBA politics of keeping them.

She's not necessarily into them as I am, but she's capable of using them if needed. In native culture guns are kind of a guy thing where women rarely tread.

Married 35 years. She was a Deputy Sheriff and I was a Highway Patrolman.

She carried a 9mm S&W in uniform or a Nickle plated 38 when off duty.

She enjoys shooting, but neither of us does as much shooting as we use to.

She recently retired the model 10 snubbie and absconded with my Mdl 36.

She has also won tomahawk throwing contests in 5 states.

Strains of Johnny Cash tune " I walk the line" waft through the air.

I am a verry very good boy!!:)

PS.. She gave me a Stainless 640 to replace my 36.

I think I'll keep her!!

On our second date, we stopped by the gun store to pick up a gun I ordered before going out to dinner. She thought that was cool. I think a lot of it hwas to do with how you grew up. Her dad always had guns, hunted, etc. and she thought it as normal.

Been married for 37 years... (same wife).... she doesn't care to shoot much, but she's always aware of my carry status.
