Springfield Armory EMP4 carry cut home today

Picked up my Springfield Armory EMP4 carry cut today, so far so good. The trigger could use a little work but it's good enough to get going with. I think a bit more time could've been spent blending the G10 grips on the edges of the bobtail, it's a bit sharp. As far as I know G10 is something I can work with sandpaper to accomplish this. Other than those minor quibbles, time to put this one to work

Anyway, have not shot it yet. Just wanted to share the joy and a picture with the good folks here at THR.

Sweet! Like the size and the reverse two tone look! Had a Colt New Agent that had some really sharp edges on the grips. A little file work and some light sanding got them squared away in no time.
