Springfield Loaded guide rod

The Springfield Loaded model comes with, I believe, a full length guide rod.

What type of guide rod plug does this weapon use?

Can it be replaced with a standard milspec guide rod plug?

It uses a FLGR plug.

No, can't use a mil-spec, since it's closed on the end, yours should be open so that the rod can operate.

You can simply replace the FLGR with a mil-spec one and standard plug if you wish, with no other changes necessary.
