Springfield TRP .45

I am looking at picking up this pistol. $500.00 is the asking price he wants. He claims about 1K rounds through it with a purchase date of December 2006. I am looking for a very reliable 1911 and he claims he has never had any problems of any kind with it. The bottom line is I want to get my hands on an out of the box 1911 that is as reliable as my Glock's and Sig's.

is it the trp operator? if so what era? if it's a one or two year old operator I'll take it if you don't want it.

Buy it. That's a steal at $500. I can say my own TRP is 100% reliable even with SWC's and incredibly accurate.

Dude, at $500 you could try it out & sell it at a profit if you don't like it...my way of saying -- BUY IT!

Jump all over it. These things sale for around $1300.00 new. A custom 1911builder told me a TRP is the best 1911 off the shelf.
