I have a Ruger SR22 and am having issues with the first shot of the day. I have owned 10-12 handguns in my life.
When the barrel is "cold" the first shot is wildly inaccurate. I have only had the .22 out 5 times but it has happened all 5 times and with 3 different shooters. It happens on the first shot of the day. After that, it's as accurate as I am. It's not magazine dependent. I have used CCI mini mags and also AE lead bulk pack. Happens with both of them. Again, after the first shot of the day, the pistol shoots fine. Any ideas what might be going on here?
