Stag vs RRA (Warning, very detailed question..)

If you mean do I use the 75s as training ammo then no. :)
But yes I have practiced with the ammo. Expensive yes. But worth it.

There is some POI shift but it is very minor and very consistent. I just mark the positions on my optics so I can adjust the zero.

I have RRA's and love them. But when I wanted a very specific rifle, I selected all the parts and built it myself. And I'm no gunsmith! The AR platform is just very easy to work on, and there are hundreds of self help guides on the internet. I got exactly what I wanted, and learned a ton in the process! As soon as I get my last part (bi-pod), I'll post pics of it.

Also, you are right, CL barrels are "less accurate" then stainless barrels, but stainless isn't great for cold temps. I hunt in the snow. Plus most SS barrels don't come painted from what I've seen, I'd rather my barrel not shine.

I didn't know about the cold temperature adversely affecting the performance of s/s barrels part but, as for s/s being too shiny, the s/s barrel on my RRA N.M. is anything but shiny. I really don't think you should have any concerns about matte-finished s/s spooking game.

Wow lot of info haha. Didn't expect this many responses :p
To respond to the last person who mentioned CL vs SS, yea I came accross the temperature thing in my info hunt haha. I wasn't sure if you could get an SS but matte finish or not. Either way I do like the CL and I'm not worried about the slight loss in accuracy.

A few people answered the EOTECH question, which is the answer I was expecting, if it was any good the FSP shouldn't be an issue. But how about with rifle scopes? Any problems with FSP?

no, no problem with rifle scopes... the only time you will see any shadow at all from the FSP is with a really low power scope, like a 2x or maybe a little on a 3x. Even then it is just a little shadow/blur in your reticle and won't keep you from taking a shot.

Why are you just looking at Stag and RRA? What's wrong with getting something like this http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-M4-16-Upper-Receiver-Group-p/bcm-urg-m4-16.htm

and then putting together a lower, or buying a complete one?

But how about with rifle scopes? Any problems with FSP?
Nope, I have a 1-4x24 Millett DMS-1 in a Burris P.E.P.R. mount. Even at 1x I don't see the the FSP unless I force myself to focus my eyes that close, so yeah, it's not an issue.

Thanks guys for all your input. Based on which one came with what I wanted with less hassle of replacing things I decided to go with Stag because I can do put all the extras on myself (bolts, charging handle, ect). I'm going with the Model 3 because I can choose what sights to put on it, and someone talked me into the 2 Stage Match Trigger. Thank you all for your input.
