I'm doing a little research for a family member. He has a little Star D that he carries and he wants an IWB holster for it, but of course he'll either have to go with a custom holster fit to that gun, or use a holster that is made for a range of guns in that size. If I can convince him to go the custom route, I know where I'll point him, but my question is about the later option.
What would be another gun, or group of guns, that would make for a close fit? Mustang? P238? What?
I titled the thread with that particular pistol in hopes that someone here owns and possibly carries or has carried that pistol in an IWB holster. If so, give me the scoop. I hope this isn't so much of a shot in the dark, but so far I can't find what I'm looking for.
He also carries a Firestar 9mm from time to time. If he can find a good IWB holster for one of these pistols, he'd carry that one, in that holster, pretty much exclusively.
