State charges nolled vs. Wilmette shooter

WLS (890AM, Chicago) just announced that the state charges based upon an expired FOID card (Firearm Owner Identification Card) will be dismissed against the Wilmette shooter. He still faces village charges for allegedly violating Wilmette's handgun ban.
